 A group of Senate Republicans on Thursday released the framework for their
latest counterproposal to President Biden's infrastructure plan, raising their
offer from $568 billion to $928 billion.

A Rep. Liz Cheney (R., Wyo.), said she views her re-election bid as a
referendum on the future of the Republican Party, with voters potentially
facing a choice between what she sees as traditional conservative values and

 President Biden is set to propose a budget totaling $6 trillion in the coming
days, The New York Times reported early Thursday, about a third higher than
pre-pandemic spending levels.

bill to create a commission to study the January riot. That vote requires 60

CNN: Interest in vaccinations increased after CDC announced new mask guidance.

  Data obtained exclusively by CNN shows that interest in getting vaccinated
against Covid-19 increased right after Dr. Rochelle Walensky, director of the
US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, announced two weeks ago that
vaccinated people could take off their masks.
