AOC made headlines this week for claiming that she and Members of Congress “served in war” during the Capitol riots on January 6.
I’m outraged and disgusted by Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez time and time again.
AOC doesn’t know one thing about serving in war. She doesn’t know what it’s like to come under attack by machine gun fire, mortars or RPGs. She hasn’t seen the horror of roadside IED explosions on bystanders and children. She hasn’t lost fellow soldiers on the battlefield or seen friends permanently disfigured by Taliban attacks.
As the only Green Beret in Congress, I know what it’s like to serve in war. AOC doesn’t know a damn thing about serving in war.
Help me keep up the fight against Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. She hates what our country stands for and she insults our veterans. I represent you and my fellow veterans. And I am a proud American serving in Congress.
