Friends,

The work that I and my team do every day comes down to one question: How do we build a stronger, more equitable Commonwealth?

How do we make Virginia a place that provides good public education, accessible and affordable healthcare, clean air and water, and equal opportunities for all residents to thrive?

Much of that work happens in the legislature, but this year, it’s happening at the ballot box. Will you contribute whatever you’re able to help my team ensure that every voter has their voice heard in this fall’s election?

In this year’s election, we have a choice to make:

We can choose to build on the success of Democratic leadership in Virginia, including the ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment, abolition of the death penalty, increase of the minimum wage, essential criminal justice reform, and so much more.

Or, we can allow ourselves to become complacent and hope that everything will work out.

But frankly, complacency isn’t our style, and hope isn’t enough — especially in the face of countless GOP attempts at voter suppression and disenfranchisement that we’ve seen across the country.

We have to put in the work by reaching out to voters and making sure they understand that Virginia’s future is in their hands — and we have to start now.

My team is already laying the groundwork. Will you contribute now to our efforts to ensure that every Virginian’s voice is heard in Richmond?
