John,

It's one of the most alarming pieces of legislation we've ever seen.

Right now, Senate Majority Leader Schumer is ramrodding it through the Senate. House Speaker Pelosi and President Biden are calling it the "For the People Act" (HR1/S1); but in reality, it's the FOR THE LEFT ACT.

It enshrines into law everything that went wrong with the 2020 elections – forcing states to mail ballots to all residents, banning states from implementing any voter ID measures, and legalizing ballot harvesting, which in some states is criminal fraud.

It doesn't just invite fraud; it eviscerates the integrity of our elections.

HR1 takes the election process out of the states' control and centralizes it in Washington, D.C. – a direct violation of the Constitution.

It also threatens to UNDO the victory we won against the Obama-Biden IRS, weaponizing the IRS to once again target conservatives.

Sen. Schumer just held a contentious committee VOTE on this dangerous bill to permanently entrench the Left's power and remake America into Biden's America. We must fight back.

At the ACLJ, our legal and Government Affairs teams are mobilizing to defeat this legislation in the Senate and challenge it all the way to the Supreme Court if necessary. We must defend the integrity of our elections and the Constitution. But we need YOU.
