John — Republicans have all the momentum right now.

Compared to Democrats, April fundraising reports showed that the Republican’s House campaign committee has more cash on hand, meaning they’ll be well-funded in their vendetta to win blue seats in 2022 and take back control of the House.

Their major fundraising haul comes after the party affirmed its commitment to the far-right wing of the party when they ousted Rep. Liz Cheney for refusing to go along with Trump’s Big Lie about the 2020 election.

Now, the Republican position has regressed to the point where they refuse to even acknowledge the January 6th insurrection for what it was.

They called the insurrectionists innocent “tourists” and refused to support a bipartisan commission to investigate the fatal attacks.

Republicans have fired up their base as they appease the far-right with every move they make. Losing the House to this radical party would be devastating to the future of our progressive priorities.
