*100% renewable energy

*Public ownership of power

*Tax the rich to fund a Green New Deal

The simple truth is that there’s no time left to delay: either climate pollution is cut radically or the world will face catastrophic changes. Aggressively tackling racial and economic inequality must be deeply integrated with our efforts to cut our climate pollution.

That’s why we’re launching a campaign for a Green New Deal for New York to create hundreds of thousands of good, sustainable, union jobs and massive investment into low-income communities and communities of color through a bold push to rapidly reach zero climate pollution and clean air.
