BIG NEWS: after passing in the House of Representatives, today the NO BAN Act was officially reintroduced into the Senate. Although the bill faces major hurdles, we can overcome them by urging our Senators to pass the bill and send it to President Biden’s desk.

Since the beginning of the Muslim and African Bans, NIAC has worked tirelessly with partner organizations and impacted communities to overturn this discriminatory policy.
