Last week, Dennis and Lee Horton — two incredible Field Organizers from
our team — asked you to reply to their email with a few words about why
*you're* supporting our campaign from DC.

Well, John, I wanna report back
today that we literally received hundreds of responses from across the
country. Some were short, some were long. Each story overwhelmed me with
gratitude. 😭🙏

I want to share a few responses we received:

"John is giving our family HOPE for the future. As parents of an LGBTQ+
youth, we need someone who will not only pioneer the future for us, but
for our child. John is caring, kind, tough, and up for this challenge!"

"The way John tackles issues straight-on, and does not talk in circles
trying to please everybody, really appeals to me. I think he will make a
real difference in the U.S. Senate. I've been proud to donate to him and
will be proud to work for his election." - Mike R.

"[My wife and I] support John Fetterman because we know he will be a
senator who is willing to increase opportunity for everyone. His
common-sense policies will make life in Pennsylvania fairer for the poor
and working class, while enriching our entire society." - Andrew Z.

Look, running for U.S. Senate in the <checks notes> most competitive state
of 2022 isn’t exactly a Sheetz run. Some days are really tough. But
reading your stories genuinely reminded me why we’re taking on this long,
uphill battle in the first place.

We’re building a campaign where every vote counts, in all 67 PA counties,
no one taken for granted. We’re building a broad coalition of voters who
believe in our unapologetic, common-sense values.

Together, we are fighting to legalize weed and protect LGBTQIA+ rights. We
are fighting for the union way of life, workers’ rights, and raising the
minimum wage. And we are fighting for second chances for Americans like Dennis and
Lee.

But truth be told, I'll need a whole lot of help to get there. I have to
respectfully ask:

U.S. Senate? The amount of support we receive during our first few months
will set the tone for this race momentum-wise, and we can’t slow down now.
