COVID-19 posed new challenges for nonprofits everywhere, but despite the difficulty, HTI was able to protect more victims and stop more traffickers than ever before. Our team is thrilled to share our full 2020 Annual Report with you today. Inside, you’ll find the story of Jacob, a three-year old survivor in Uganda; meet our new Law Enforcement Advisor in Belize, who has begun partnering with local law enforcement to build up the country’s anti-trafficking response; and hear about our upcoming 2020 Federal Human Trafficking Report, which will examine the past 20 years of U.S. federal human trafficking case trends as the first resource of its kind in existence.
