This weekend, patriots across the United States pay tribute to the brave men and women who have laid down their lives to secure our freedom.

Their sacrifices make it possible for you and me to pray, fast, and hold peaceful vigil in front of abortion facilities.

On today's video blog, I pay tribute to the fallen heroes who paid the ultimate price to protect the liberty that 40 Days for Life participants have used to save 18,816 abortion-bound babies from abortion:

Not every country's citizens enjoy the right to pray, witness, and speak out in defense of abortion-vulnerable moms and babies.

But we do. And that ability means we have a responsibility to use our freedoms in the service of our brothers and sisters in the womb.

If we don't use our rights...we will lose them.

On Tuesday, June 1, we'll begin accepting applications to lead the September 22 - October 31 40 Days for Life campaign.
