Did you know that any semiautomatic rifle that can accept a detachable magazine and is .22 caliber or greater is an "assault" weapon?



David "Waco Whacko" Chipman and the ATF sure think so. In fact, this slimy gun control hacktivist said as much today before Congress. 



The exchange happened when Senate Republicans asked Chipman - who could become America's next ATF Director - what an "assault weapon" is. 



Chipman first responded by saying that he has "no idea" what an "assault weapon" is, but that it would be whatever Congress defines it is.

Yet this insulting gun grabber also admitted that he personally believes AR-15s and many other firearms should be banned as "assault weapons."



When pressed further, he admitted his only frame of reference for "assault weapons" is an ATF internal document that defined "assault rifles." 



According to the document, any semiautomatic rifle that can accept a detachable magazine and is .22 caliber or greater is an "assault rifle." 



So there you have it: Chipman as ATF Director would happily raid you over literally anything Congress defines as "assault-y" or even a .22!

In fact, under Chipman's regime, you'd probably be lucky to survive until Christmas given this goon's level of comfort with cold-blooded murder. 



Chipman previously defended Waco, in which the government wantonly shot at American citizens, employed Psy-Op tactics, and burned children alive.



It should be abundantly clear that stopping Chipman's confirmation as ATF Director is a TOP PRIORITY.



However, his nomination has the support of the Biden regime and Democrats in control of Washington DC.
