Friend,

In a moment, I’m going to ask you to split a donation with my good friend Senator Reverend Raphael Warnock’s campaign so we can hold his seat in Georgia and protect our Democratic Senate majority. But first, let me explain why your support is so critical — and what could happen to our progressive agenda without it.

Thanks to folks like you, Sen. Rev. Warnock beat the odds and won election to the U.S. Senate in January. But then, Georgia Republicans immediately passed a voter suppression law that would make it even harder for him to win again in 2022.

They used Donald Trump’s baseless lies and debunked conspiracy theories as justification to increase absentee ballot ID requirements, restrict ballot drop boxes, and even make it illegal to hand out food or water to voters waiting in line.

This wasn’t just an outrageous response to Georgians electing their first Black U.S. senator — it’s part of a nationwide effort to roll back voting rights and keep communities of color from making their voices heard at the ballot box.

With Republicans launching an all-out assault on voting rights, Sen. Rev. Warnock needs our help now more than ever. So I’m humbly asking:

Will you split a contribution now to help us defend our Senate majority? It’s not about how much you give, but how many people are chipping in together that will give Sen. Rev. Warnock’s campaign the resources to win.

If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately:

Sen. Rev. Warnock is exactly the kind of strong, moral leader we need more of in Washington. He’s the Senior Pastor at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta, the former pulpit of Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., as well as a community leader and advocate for civil rights, affordable health care, and a living wage.

In the Senate we are working together on legislation — passing relief for Black farmers, cutting child poverty in half, and passing the COVID Hate Crimes Act.

Thank you for whatever you can do to support Senator Reverend Raphael Warnock’s reelection and defend our majority.
