- He voted against impeaching Donald Trump after the insurrection.
- He voted to keep QAnon Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene on her congressional committees.
- He voted against forming a commission to investigate the January 6th insurrection, flip-flopping from his promise to support it.
