The first David "Waco Whacko" Chipman hearing is underway right now, and this authoritarian jerk is already back to his old tricks. 

Chipman reiterated his belief that the only people who want to remove suppressors from the NFA are "gun lobbyists" and "criminals."

He also doubled down on the BS claim that .50 caliber Barrett rifles were used to shoot up government helicopters at Waco.

Chipman claimed his previous statements about wanting to arrest gun owners BEFORE they commit crimes were "taken out of context." 

STOP CHIPMAN!

And he again said he supported a ban on AR-15s as the firearm according to him is "a particularly lethal weapon."

Yet unless we put a stop to his confirmation, this slimy gun control activist will be the next director of the ATF. 

That would be a WORST CASE SCENARIO for gun rights, and we could be looking at a supercharged ATF under his regime. 

Under questioning from Dianne Feinstein - who complained the ATF doesn't do enough to attack the Second Amendment - Chipman basically agreed.

He said that if given the resources, he would do EVEN MORE to crack down on gun stores and gun owners.
