Jane Timken, candidate for U.S. Senate, Ohio

Washington, D.C. - Maggie’s List, a federal political action committee (PAC), today announces the organization’s endorsement of Jane Timken for United States Senate representing Ohio. Timken, a mother of two who previously served as Ohio Republican Party Chairwoman, announced her campaign earlier this year to replace current U.S. Senator Rob Portman. Timken is the first U.S. Senate candidate to be endorsed by Maggie’s List for the 2022 election cycle.

“Maggie’s List is proud to endorse Jane Timken in her race to be Ohio’s next United States Senator. Jane will fight against the Biden administration’s radical tax and spend agenda on behalf of families working hard to provide a better future for the next generation. Jane is a proven leader who will work tirelessly to advance the conservative principles that Maggie’s List was founded upon, and we strongly support her campaign,” stated Sandra B. Mortham, Chairman of Maggie’s List and former Florida Secretary of State.

“I am proud to be the first female Chair of the Ohio Republican Party, and if elected, would be even prouder to be the first female Senator from Ohio. I know I stand on the shoulders of countless, pioneering women who came before me, and I hope to serve as a trailblazer for future Conservative women in Ohio. Maggie's List serves as an important launching pad and force for conservative women and I am honored to have their support and endorsement,” said Jane Timken, candidate for U.S. Senate.

Susan Wright, candidate for TX-06

A dedicated public servant, SusanWright is ready to serve the 6th Congressional District of Texas.Susan is the widow of the late Honorable Ron Wright. A lifelong Republican, she is proud to have stood alongside Ron as he served the constituents of the 6th district and is running to preserve her husband’s commitment to bring conservative values to Washington.

“Maggie’s List exists to support strong conservative female leaders which is why we are proud to endorse Susan Wright for Texas’ 6th district. As a widow myself,I can really appreciate the grit, grace and resilience Susan has shown by stepping up to run for Congress in the face of an overwhelming tragedy. Susan will be a fierce advocate for the conservative values we share, and she’ll be a great addition to the historic class of conservative women that are serving in the 117th Congress”, states Texas State Chair, Lisa Fortson.

Susan has over three decades of experience — serving on countless boards and commissions like theArlington Transportation Advisory Committee and Ft. Worth Community DevelopmentCouncil and Tarrant County Crime Commission; serving as district director to two State Representatives; serving as an elections judge and precinct chair and SREC committeewoman and so many other positions — and is ready to serve on day one.

Through her work, Susan has teamed up with concerned taxpayers, homeowners, and citizen advocates on priorities like strengthening education, cutting property taxes, securing our border, and improving public services. Susan believes tax reform is essential to save hard-working Texans money and keep big government out of families pockets. She will continue her husband’s legacy by supporting in-state jobs and economic growth, increased border and immigration security, and a strong national defense.

“I’m truly honored to earn the support of the conservative women leaders at Maggie’s List. They are on the frontlines, working hard to get quality female conservative candidates elected all across the country, and I’m excited to fight alongside this incredible organization to retake the House in the 2022 cycle” states Susan Wright, candidate endorsed by Maggie’s List.

Rep. Kat Cammack, FL-03
Rep. Kat Cammack, FL-03

Congresswoman Kat Cammack proudly serves Florida’s 3rd Congressional District as the youngest Republican woman in the 117th Congress.

Kat is a third-generation sandblaster who grew up on a cattle ranch and she understands the hard work and determination it takes to run a small business, navigating labor challenges, interpreting regulation, and more. A proud alumnus of the Naval War College, Kat knows the issues and constituents of Florida’s 3rd intimately, having served as the longtime former deputy chief of staff for the district prior to her election in 2020.

An Obama-era program forced Kat’s family to lose their cattle ranch in 2011, evicting them from their home and livelihood. After months of homelessness, Kat was motivated to fight back against the failures of big government and dedicated her life’s work to becoming part of the solution in Washington. Representative Cammack fights for Florida’s 3rd District to ensure no other family has to endure what hers experienced.
