While we enjoy the cooler weather and vibrant backdrop of colors that fall brings to Washington D.C., we’re also aware of the turbulent political climate in which we currently find ourselves—in addition to the upcoming election year. Financial inequity is a major hurdle that marginalized people and communities of color face. So this month, we’re highlighting four integral aspects of the wealth divide and providing insights into what you can do to create more effective solutions. Although we are witnessing change all around us, we still believe that what will never change is the power of coalitions— particularly our Prosperity Now Community.
