It will allow countless women to AT LAST get justice, and it’s at a critical point where we can help.
National Domestic Workers Alliance

Dear John,

Two years ago this month an incredible small group of women -- reporters, survivors, activists -- helped shine a light on the movement we now call the MeToo Movement.

Out of this historic breakthrough moment, we've been part of a groundswell specifically pushing Congress to fix our broken legal system when it comes to protecting the rights of workers who experience sexual harassment, particularly those who have been denied rights and justice due to insufficient legal protections.

The BE HEARD Act, if passed, would allow countless women to FINALLY find justice in the face of sexual harassment and other forms of harassment, a reality low-paid workers -- especially women of color and the domestic worker community -- know too well.

Now we're at a critical point on this campaign, and we need an even bigger movement to make sure that Congress acts to pass this bold new bill.

Together, let's end workplace harassment and all forms of discrimination. Please sign the petition to members of the U.S. Congress now.

Millions of survivors live in understandable fear to report sexual harassment. But too often when domestic workers and other survivors do come forward they learn that they do not have the same rights as other workers. Congress carved them out of protections, leaving them vulnerable to unremedied harm.

Domestic workers deserve to go to work every day without fearing sexual harassment, violence, and discrimination without any opportunity to seek justice. The BE HEARD Act would change that at last.

It'll ensure that all workers -- whether they're cleaning someone's home or working in a big company -- will have avenues for pursuing justice against their abusers.

Two years since the MeToo movement forced the country to confront the horrific problem of sexual violence, including sexual harassment that has gone unpunished for years -- it is Congress's time to step up and bring us closer to the world we all deserve, where all of us can work with equality, safety, and dignity on the job.

Together, let's end workplace harassment and all forms of discrimination. Please sign the petition to members of the U.S. Congress now.

Thanks for all you do,
