News just came in that Pres. Biden sold $735 billion of weapons to Israel just days ago, despite Congressional objections and the Israeli government’s attacks on the Palestinian people. Members of Congress, including Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Rashida Tlaib, and Bernie Sanders, along with human rights advocates and people across the country, urged at least a delay of the weapons sale. But the Biden administration went ahead with it anyway.

During the heat of the opposition to this weapons sale last week, the State Department approved the sale of weapons from Boeing to the far-right Israeli government. Israel will continue to feel no incentive to end the occupation of the Palestinian people as long as American taxpayers provide the right-wing government with a blank check of military aid and unconditional arms sales.

We must continue the fight for the rights of all Israelis and Palestinians and end President Biden’s financial support of serious human rights abuses in Gaza and the West Bank.
