Annual Conference Hospitality Boxes

As part of Annual Conference this year, each person that registers will receive a hospitality box. This box contains a couple of items that will be used throughout the Annual Conference session, as well as various other goodies. The boxes will be available for pick up at the district office on Tuesday, June 1 and Wednesday, June 2 from 9:00am - 12:00pm and 1:00pm - 4:00pm. These boxes will only be for people who registered to attend Annual Conference virtually. If you are attending in person, you will get your box at the registration table at the Expo Center.
We have a few churches that will serve as satellite pick up locations to cut down on travel to pick up your box. Below is the list of satellite locations for the district. If your church is listed under one of the pick up locations, you must get your box from that church and not the district office. The boxes will be available at the satellite locations beginning on Wednesday, June 2, during normal business hours unless otherwise noted.
