When Amy Coney Barrett was sworn in as a Supreme Court Justice, I promised that I would never stop fighting for reproductive rights. Given the Court’s recent decision to review the constitutionality of Mississippi’s total abortion ban, I want to double down on that promise.

With a 6-3 conservative majority on the Supreme Court, the fight for women’s constitutional rights are on the line. As the Supreme Court prepares to review this most recent challenge to Roe v. Wade, we must come together and stand in support of reproductive healthcare. Add your name if you’re with me →

My team has been on the front lines fighting to protect the right to choose. We secured the first nationwide injunction blocking Trump's Title X "gag rule.” We took the federal government to court in Eastern Washington and defeated Trump’s “conscience rule” and “double-billing rule” — two unlawful policies targeting women’s reproductive freedom.

As the People’s lawyer, I want to make sure the Supreme Court hears the voice of Washingtonians. That’s why my office will be filing a legal brief to defend women’s health care and oppose Mississippi’s unconstitutional law.

Anti-choice extremists want to overturn Roe v. Wade and restrict the healthcare choices of millions of families across the country — even here in Washington. We cannot let that happen.

Now is the time to denounce their efforts and show our support for reproductive freedom. Join me by adding your name: https://go.bobferguson.com/a/reproductive-healthcare
