Four months ago, former President Trump incited a deadly insurrection.
There are still important unanswered questions -- not only about what
happened that day, but about the disinformation campaign that ignited it.

But if Mitch McConnell gets his way in blocking the creation of a
bipartisan commission to investigate the insurrection, we may never know
the truth behind the events that transpired on January 6.

Now that the legislation to create the commission has passed in the House,
the Senate is expected to vote on it as soon as Thursday, so it’s crucial
that we keep the pressure on the Senate to pass the legislation to create
the commission.

We must demand a full investigation of the January 6 attack to hold those
responsible accountable and ensure that it never happens again.
