GOOD NEWS: In just two months, we have received an extraordinary number of individual donations, almost 225,000. That more than anyone could have possibly guessed, and far more than the right-wing recall supporters have generated.

BAD NEWS: The pace of donations has slowed this month, and making matters more difficult, our average donation has really plummeted. It’s now less than twenty dollars this month. And with our end of month-deadline ahead, that combination is not great.

So we have two choices, either we need A LOT more donations, or we need people to make larger donations.

Normally we ask people making their first online donations to chip in $3, but today we need to ask if you can kick in a bit more. What do you say?

Can Gavin Newsom count on you to make a $10 donation to help him defeat this Republican recall? Do it before this critical end-of-month fundraising deadline comes to an end.

We have some real catching up to do before the end-of-the month. We thought the email from Governor Newsom yesterday would do the trick, but it did not. So we need your help today. Time is running out.
