A message from the Colorado Republican Party

Dear Colorado Republicans,

This week, I've been able to visit six more counties in Colorado, speaking at events with Republican and Unaffiliated voters. I promised to visit all 64 counties in my first year as Chairwoman, and I'm happy to announce that I've already had meetings and events in one-third of the counties just two months into my term. We build trust in the Republican Party as we keep the promises we make.

HB 1295, the anti-charter school bill has been rescheduled "for action only" THIS THURSDAY, May 27th, at 1:30pm. Please email or call all the Democrats on the House Education Committee (find them here ([link removed])
) and tell them to oppose this bill because you support more choice in education for parents and families.

Our team is also talking with and working on recruiting more Republican candidates for Colorado. Please look into running for your local school board or city council this November, or support a Republican who's already entered the race. Let's unite and win local seats in 2021.

Finally, if you're angry with King Polis for his constant attempts to control our farms and ranches, our guns and self-defense, and our constitutional rights, you can send him a message by purchasing our "Hands Off" t-shirt or bumper sticker ([link removed]) .

Thanks,

Kristi Burton Brown

** 10-point plan to chart path for GOP
------------------------------------------------------------
[link removed]
Fort Morgan Times: ([link removed]) The pathway to Republican victories and regaining legislative majorities in Colorado will be derived from a 10-point agenda of key positions that will soon be released by the state party, and which candidates will be asked to honor.

“It will be 10 things voters can count on from Republicans they elect,” Colorado Republican Party Chair Kristi Burton Brown said. “These are 10 things you are going to see changed.”

During a Colorado Republican Party forum she said was attended by Republicans from numerous counties surrounding Larimer and Weld, Burton Brown hinted that school choice and a pledge toward lowering property tax could be among those items.

“We’re going to say of Democrats, you do not deliver on school choice. You do not deliver on property tax,” Burton Brown said. “We’re going to speak for children and parents, and for property owners.”

Burton Brown previously authored a letter to Colorado Democratic Party Chair Morgan Carroll asking for her to join in support of school choice.

Support of seniors could be among the other items. Burton Brown relayed that many seniors are leaving their homes and the state of Colorado.
