Supporting SMEs to recruit graduates

In partnership with the D2N2 Skills Access Hub, the University?of Nottingham?are offering support and training to local small and medium-sized enterprises to up-skill their workforce and allow them to more easily recruit interns, placement students and graduates to join their organisation.

Benefits to SMEs include targeted, skills-based workshops, support with staff recruitment and retention, and development of student and graduate roles. SMEs will also benefit by gaining the knowledge and skills to successfully attract talent to benefit their workforce and enhance graduate retention in the region.
