NAFCU reiterates need for long-term CLF accessibility [ [link removed] ]
In response to the NCUA's interim final rule (IFR) to extend enhancements to the Central Liquidity Facility (CLF) made first by the CARES Act and provided by the Consolidated Appropriations Act, NAFCU's Andrew Morris reiterated the need to ensure access long term.

The NCUA Monday issued a Regulatory Alert on the delayed compliance date of the CFPB's qualified mortgage (QM) rule. The mandatory compliance date of the rule was recently delayed from July 1, 2021 to Oct. 1, 2022.
