My name is Jeff Dove. I am an Army veteran, a conservative, and I am running for the House of Delegates in the 51st District.
I’ve always felt a duty to serve. That’s why I joined the US Army.
I still hear the call to serve my community and as your Delegate to Richmond, you’ll have a voice every step of the way.
I am running now because I can’t sit back and watch Virginia fail. Governor Northam and Speaker Filler-Corn are failing our commonwealth in many regards- education, jobs, freedoms.
But one of their most concerning failures is on Election Integrity.
Under the current Democratic majority, voter confidence has decreased. The people of Virginia are losing faith and giving up. And who can blame those voters?
The last several sessions the General Assembly has passed some laws that make voter fraud ripe for exploitation. Drop-off boxes that aren’t monitored, no witness signature on mail in ballots, no excuse absentee, and repealing voter ID are some examples of terrible legislation that needs to be rolled back.
These measures intended to make our elections less secure are equally unpopular with voters! Recent polling suggests over 70% of Americans approve of Voter ID, including 62% of Black Americans. The remaining measures are even more popular.
The people of Virginia want elections they can have confidence in. I am going to work my hardest to give that to them.
As your Delegate I will work to repeal those laws that make voter fraud easier to conduct and harder to detect.
And I need your help to do so. Can you pitch in $20, $50, $100, $200, or $500 right now to help me protect Election Integrity in Virginia?
