We know that we’ve been in your inbox a lot the past two weeks talking
about far-right attacks on the Squad. From Fox News to influential hawkish
lobbying groups — the Squad’s outspoken opposition to the far-right
Israeli government’s occupation and assault on the Palestinian people have
prompted far-right Republican attacks.

And now, Republican Rep. Michael Waltz went on Fox News to smear the
Squad, calling them ‘The Hamas Squad.’ This isn’t the first time a member
of Congress has harassed the Squad. In fact, the culture of bullying and
intimidation towards Justice Democrats — a diverse coalition of
working-class advocates — has permeated the halls of Congress.

There is a reason why more members of Congress don’t speak out like
Alexandria, Ayanna, Ilhan, or Rashida. It’s because when you speak truth
to power — when you disrupt political institutions or defy norms — you
become the center of attacks. And these attacks can’t just be dismissed as
political punchlines. Republican rhetoric about the Squad has been used to
further dangerous conspiracy theories and has been the basis for personal
and political harassment.

the attacks will continue. But we also know that our Congressional
coalition — and the supporters like you that helped elect them — are
stronger than the hateful words of their opposition. Will you stand with

When Republican elected officials, right-wing media, or foreign policy
hawks attack the Squad, we know the Squad is doing their job of disrupting
the systems of power in Washington that have maintained the status quo for
so long. The status quo has failed to meaningfully address racial justice,
economic inequality, climate change, and the many other issues facing the
nation.

Alexandria, Ilhan, Ayanna, and Rashida ran for Congress to represent
communities, not corporations, and to govern according to their values of
respect and justice for all.

the Squad has done in the last several years. Will you chip in
