Friend,

Stacey Plaskett is leading the charge once again, this time in the fight to expand and improve access to Medicare and Medicaid in the U.S. territories.

We are so lucky to have a champion for Medicare and Medicaid representing the Virgin Islands. It’s critical that we keep Stacey in Washington so she can continue fighting for equitable and affordable healthcare for everyone.

Will you please chip in $15 to support Stacey and help reach her urgent fundraising goal by the end of the month? [[link removed]]

Far too often Black and brown communities across the Virgin Islands and fellow U.S. territories struggle with access to affordable healthcare. Medicare and Medicaid offer significant relief, but these programs don’t provide the same access to the citizens of the U.S. territories and our healthcare providers don’t receive the same pay as those living in the states.

That’s why Stacey introduced the Territories Health Equity Act of 2021 to expand access to Medicare and Medicaid across the U.S. territories.

Whether you live in one of the territories or in one of the 50 states, it’s important that all of our families have access to healthcare that we can afford, especially in the midst of a pandemic.

Stacey will continue the fight, but she needs your grassroots support.

Will you please chip in to help us reach our goal to keep Stacey fighting for us in Washington? [[link removed]]

Thanks for sticking with us — Stacey couldn’t do it without you.

— Team Plaskett
