Hi, it’s Leigh, Mikie’s finance director -- our team is about to have a meeting to go over our fundraising numbers because a GOP super PAC is launching a $4 million ad blitz targeting New Jersey and House Democrats like Mikie who face tough bids for re-election.
Since I last checked, we’re tracking behind where we need to be to reach our goal. With the end-of-month deadline falling on a holiday weekend, we’re expecting to see a slowdown in contributions during this critical fundraising period.
