Last week, the Democratic presidential candidates released their Q3 fundraising totals, and together the two Progressive candidates Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren combined for $50 million, which was more than the next three establishment candidates combined (Biden, Harris and Buttigieg). Plus like Burdick for Congress, Sanders and Warren did this by refusing any PAC or corporate donations and holding no exclusive closed-door events with rich contributors.
So if Progressives nationally can attract this kind of donor support, it shows what can be done here in Sacramento’s CA-7. This is our chance to bounce a corporate-backed, Purple Democrat in Ami Bera, and give our next President – who will be a Democrat – another solid Blue vote in Congress to help pass the big structural changes that nation has long needed.
That means – if you live in the CA-7 – support Jeff’s campaign to Free Our Vote today. None of the money goes to consultants and wasteful overhead. Just lawn signs, mailers, some broadcast advertising and feeding our volunteers. Visit here and donate what you can today.
