We've got bad news, John. Shocking new reporting shows that Republican voter suppression efforts are being coordinated nationwide and are being spearheaded by the ultra-conservative dark money group Heritage Action for America.

According to the reports, in a private meeting last month with big-money donors, the head of Heritage Action bragged that the organization had essentially written the new voter suppression law in Georgia. Even worse, she said they were doing the same with Republican-led bills across the country.

But their influence doesn't end with writing the legislation. In fact, Heritage Action is spending millions in battleground states and coordinating the efforts of far-right activist groups to give the appearance that these bills have grassroots support. These right-wing extremists are poised to use billionaire money to fight their war against voting rights on all fronts, all while pretending to represent the will of the people.

This looks bad for Democrats, John. After seeing the Republican efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election, we know that if there had been a few more Republicans in office, they may well have succeeded. Now, they're stacking the deck to put themselves in that position next time around.
