Well, now we
know what Cory Gardner has been doing when he isn’t ducking his
constituents or defending Donald Trump. He’s been raising money.

A lot of money.

Gardner has raised roughly $9 million for his reelection campaign—thanks
in large part to the wealthiest corporate interest groups in the country.
If you’re ExxonMobil, that’s a good investment; a seat on the Senate
Energy and Natural Resources Committee is worth its weight in oil.

Our campaign, unlike Gardner’s, is powered entirely by people. And we need
a lot of people to help us fight back.

Let’s be blunt: America’s campaign
finance system is corrupt. What else would you call this scheme, where
industries bankroll the men and women who are supposed to regulate them?

We’re determined to change this system—and we’re leading by example. Our
campaign doesn’t accept contributions from the fossil fuel industry; in
fact, we don’t take any PAC money at all.

[ [link removed] ]That’s why we’re asking individuals like you to step up instead. Please
contribute $ or
whatever you can afford right now.

Help us send a message to the nation's biggest polluters: Colorado’s
Senate seat is not for sale.
