Our Industry Needs the BUILDS Act!

Congress reintroduced the Building U.S. Infrastructure by Leveraging Demands for Skills (BUILDS) Act to help support workforce development efforts in targeted industries like transportation, energy, utilities, information technology and construction by providing grants to industry partnerships.

The equipment manufacturing industry is already experiencing a shortage of skilled workers to fill the positions currently available and the transformational investment in infrastructure we are calling for will create even more openings.
