Why am I for Mary? Mary has an educational philosophy consistent with both Teach for America, which is imperfect, but a net positive, and the constructive and persistent commitment we need over the coming year and 4 years. Mary has been a teacher AND an educational advocate for better teaching. I know the Center for Inspired Teaching where she worked very well and her work for it is critical to my support for her.
