With Amy Coney Barrett now occupying Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg's seat,
anti-abortion extremists are firmly in control of our nation's highest
court, making this the biggest judicial threat to abortion rights and
access in decades.

While wealthier people with more resources often can access abortions when
there are restrictions, for too many people, particularly people of color
and people with low incomes, access to safe and legal abortions is already
out of reach—and further restricting abortion access would impact
vulnerable communities most of all.

In a free society, all people need to have the ability to determine their
future and what happens to their own bodies. All people need access to
free, comprehensive, and culturally literate health care including
abortion, no matter their race, age, or financial status.

To help enshrine those values in federal law—finally—MoveOn is going
