The Hill: “The Supreme Court ... agreed to take up a dispute over a Mississippi law that bans virtually all abortions after 15 weeks of pregnancy, potentially setting the 6-3 conservative majority court on a collision course with the landmark 1973 decision in Roe v. Wade.”
Republicans knew this would happen -- they planned for it.
Last session, when a Louisiana, GOP-led, anti-abortion bill made it all the way to the Supreme Court, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg fiercely defended a woman's right to choose -- but Republicans made sure her replacement, Amy Coney Barrett, would be on the other side of history.
We'll be direct: Reproductive rights are on the line. This has been one of the most controversial national debates for decades now. Before we take action against these attacks, we need to know if engaged Democrats are with us.
