Planned Parenthood is a billion-dollar abortion business. Today we're taking it on directly in federal court.

Planned Parenthood kills more than 330,000 unborn babies a year. It was caught selling the body parts of babies it aborted.

Congressional committees referred Planned Parenthood and others in the abortion industry for criminal prosecution, detailing first-hand evidence of unconscionable criminal and illegal actions by abortion providers and fetal tissue procurement companies.

Planned Parenthood's response was to immediately file massive lawsuits to censor the evidence and punish the pro-life investigative journalists who uncovered it.

For years, we've been battling Planned Parenthood in federal court in California on this issue.

It's why the Trump Administration enacted new rules to defund the abortion giant of millions of dollars. Now these cases are likely headed to the Supreme Court, and we're filing critical amicus briefs.

Today a team of ACLJ lawyers will be in federal court to prevent Planned Parenthood from burying the truth. We must hold it accountable for its actions.
