The Supreme Court just ruled against the government in a key case, effectively barring police from searching your home without a warrant. 

This ruling in Caniglia v. Strom - in which FPC filed a crucial amicus brief - is important because it involved firearms. 

Because of this ruling, ridiculous "community caretaking" exceptions cannot be made to the Fourth Amendment in the home, even when firearms are present.

This could signal good things for the 2A case SCOTUS will be hearing this year, and we've got to capitalize on this momentum now.
