Dear friend,
Over the last two weeks, Israeli forces have carried out a brutal bombardment of Gaza. Hundreds of people have been killed and vital infrastructure has been destroyed, making the humanitarian crisis even worse.
An investigation by CAAT and the Independent has exposed the role that UK-made military equipment has played in the bombing campaign.
Israeli forces have used advanced F-35 fighter jets throughout the attacks. 15% of the value of each aircraft is made here in the UK, with arms producers boasting that ‘the fingerprints of British ingenuity’ are vital to the warplanes. Reports also point to the use of F-16 fighter jets and Apache helicopters, both of which include UK-made components and have played a key role in the bombing.

We have to hope that the current ceasefire holds, but we cannot permit a return to business as usual. As the media’s attention is diverted, the suffering of the Palestinian people continues. We will be working tirelessly with campaigners and politicians to uncover the full extent of UK complicity in the bombing, and in upholding the blockade, the occupation and apartheid inflicted on Palestinians every day.
The momentum built over the past few weeks would not have been possible without you. Now, more than ever, we ask you to stand with us and with the Palestinian people. Help us strengthen this movement & our activism.
Please support this vital work by making a donation or becoming a regular donor.
In peace,
Dana
