Friends,

My team just showed me how many of you contributed in celebration of my birthday, and I’m at a complete loss for words. From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank each and every one of you for making this birthday the most memorable one yet.

Every day, I’m incredibly grateful to get to work on behalf of the people of Kansas, and it’s moments like these that remind me how lucky I am to have such an amazing team of supporters behind me.

This past year has been a whirlwind for us all, but bringing relief to families, expanding access to healthcare, and supporting small businesses through the worst economic crisis since ‘08 has made the hard times worth it.

Looking ahead to a reopening world, I can’t wait to see what this year brings us all.
