The Home Builders Association of Central Arizona, the Americans for Limited Government, Capitol Consulting, the Goldwater Institute and property owners sent messages in opposition.
They argued the change would benefit only a small group of individual landowners at the expense of other property owners that haven’t developed their land yet. They said that putting more restrictions on how those lots can be developed would decrease their property values and make it harder to sell.

ALG Take Action petitions generate more than 9.7K emails to Congress |
We post online petitions twice weekly to urge our supporters to take action on issues that matter to them. This week our members sent more than 6K emails to Congress lawmakers to cosponsor a bill that would create a commission to investigate the source of the Covid-19 virus. Our members sent nearly a thousand emails asking President Biden to reverse his decision to share sensitive intellectual property about Covid vaccine that could pose a threat to our national security if shared with bad actors. Finally, our members sent 2.7K emails to Congress demanding that they rein in Department pf Justice to stop their abuse of our civil rights. |
