Dear Friend,

North Texans have made it clear to me that lowering the skyrocketing cost of prescription drugs is a priority for them. In an effort to bring those folks real relief I’ve recently cosponsored the Lower Drug Costs Now Act, which would use strong negotiating tools that put consumers first, fight price gouging and lower out of control prescription drug costs for North Texans.

People from both sides of the aisle agree that something must be done to lower the high cost of prescription drugs, and I urge the House and Senate leadership to put politics aside and work together for the good of the American people.
