John,
Ongoing conflict has devastated Helen’s* community in Ethiopia’s Tigray region, destroying homes and health care facilities. Helen has seen women die in childbirth and children become sick with preventable diseases – all because they don’t have access to the routine care they need.
Helen refused to let her son Samuel* become another victim of these terrible circumstances. When he recently got sick, she carried him for an hour to reach a Save the Children mobile clinic, where our teams diagnosed and treated Samuel for pneumonia. Now, he’s on his way to a full recovery.
But not every child is as lucky as Samuel – and millions more mothers and children in Ethiopia’s Tigray region and around the world need support. That’s why we’re counting on 9,514 dedicated supporters – including you, John – to sign our pledge before midnight to support mothers in conflict-ridden areas:
Click here to sign the pledge: I support vulnerable mothers and children having access to the resources and care they need to survive and build the brighter futures they deserve.
Thank you for taking action to protect vulnerable mothers and children.
