The For The People Act is one of the most significant voting rights and democracy reform bills in decades. It passed through the House of Representatives in March, and every single House Republican voted against it.

Here's what it would do:

• Create nationwide automatic voter registration and ensure 15 days of early voting
• Prohibit states from restricting vote-by-mail and require pre-paid postage on ballot return envelopes
• Fight voter suppression efforts and ensure our elections are secure from foreign interference
• Hold elected officials accountable with tougher ethics laws
