The ATF's Proposed rule ATF 2021R-05 <[link removed]> (“Definition of ‘Frame or Receiver’ and Identification of Firearms”) would broadly redefine “firearm frame or receiver” and “frame or receiver” to expand the number and types of items that ATF would consider regulated firearms. This would be a disaster for the firearms industry and individual gun owners who enjoy building their own firearms.
FPC needs YOUR help to fight this rule!
1. Submit a comment to ATF using our TAKE ACTION tools below. FPC will print and mail -- free of charge to you, thanks to our members/donors! -- your pro-gun comments to the ATF. The more unique and different messages the ATF receives, the more they will have to read and respond to!
