Generous partners like you helped supply Survival Kits, packed with lifesaving critical aid, to people living in the toughest places on earth. Because of your support children, families, and refugees received meals, water filters, medical supplies, and other essential items at just the right time.

Yara* is a refugee living in the Middle East. After fleeing her hometown and leaving everything she knew behind, she settled in a small shack in a neighboring country where she lived with her children. Not long after arriving, the shack caught fire and everything Yara had was destroyed.

She met our local team who invited her to a women’s center where she was given a Survival Kit. She received clothes, shoes, blankets, and food for her and her children. Our local staff members also worked to find Yara and her family a new place to live.

Yara was so encouraged and grateful for the aid she received. At the right time our local team members told her about the hope of Jesus. Yara came to faith, and she now attends the local church with her children. As a refugee living in a foreign place, it is difficult to find community. She told our staff member how much she enjoys the friendships she has made at the church. Yara has started sharing the hope of Jesus with her friends and family too.

The support of people like you helped meet the physical and spiritual needs of many people just like Yara — providing them with critical aid as they rebuild their lives and giving them opportunities to hear about the hope of Jesus. You helped provide essential humanitarian supplies that expressed the kindness of Jesus at people’s greatest point of need. Together we are relieving suffering, restoring dignity, and revealing hope.
