*(JEFFERSON CITY, MO)* ??On* *Saturday*, *May 22***, Governor Mike Parson will hold a ceremonial bill signing at Kauffman Stadium for SB 189, which creates* a special license plate for the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum. *The signing will take place on the field* *_prior_ to the 3:10 p.m. **Kansas City Royals vs Detroit Tigers game*. _Governor Parson will also throw the ceremonial first pitch at the start of the game_.?

Governor Parson will be joined by Senator Barbara Washington, Representative Mark Sharp, and Negro Leagues Baseball Museum President Bob Kendrick for the ceremonial signing of SB 189.?
