Next Wednesday, May 26, FAMM is co-hosting a virtual briefing in support of the EQUAL Act. The EQUAL Act is bipartisan legislation to eliminate the disparity in sentences between federal crimes involving crack and powder cocaine.

We have put together a powerful panel of advocates to convince Congress to end the disparity now. Speakers include FAMM Justice Reform Fellow Matthew Charles and U.S. Rep. Bobby Scott.
