In just a few days, we're heading to the doors of Amazon's biggest shareholders for a Day of Action to elevate our demands ahead of its Annual Shareholder Meeting.

From Ring to Rekognition to Amazon Web Services (AWS), surveillance tools are fundamentally designed to reinforce anti-Black ideologies and are a threat to the safety and dignity of our people.

This week, Amazon will have to explain how its contracts with police have created outrageous profits while supplying the tools for a surveillance state that continues to harm our communities.

Join organizers, activists, and community members across several cities on Monday, May 24 for a Day of Action before Amazon's Annual Shareholder Meeting to make our demands known to Vanguard, Blackrock, State Street, Fidelity, and T. Rowe Price before they vote on the future of the company.

One day of action isn't enough. Even though Amazon recently extended its moratorium on police use of facial recognition, we won't stop until all surveillance technologies are banned for good. Will you help us keep up the momentum for a permanent ban? ([link removed])
