Hi John — it’s Friday and we know most folks are ready to log off for the weekend, so we’ll make this email about why you should donate to Val Arkoosh’s U.S. Senate campaign right now a quick one:

1. As Chair of Pennsylvania’s third-largest county, Val has shown that she can deliver lasting results, including securing a $15 minimum wage for county workers, reducing homelessness, and rebuilding critical infrastructure — changes that she would fight for in the U.S. Senate.


2. CNN ranked Pennsylvania’s U.S. Senate seat as the most likely to flip, and this race was also just rated a “toss-up.” So flipping this seat blue, defending the Senate majority, and sending Val to the U.S. Senate is possible if our campaign has the resources and momentum to make it happen.


3. But we’re more than halfway through the fundraising quarter, and quite frankly, we’re behind where we wanted to be by today. Meanwhile the National Republican Senatorial Committee will have plenty of cash to use to launch attack ads — they’ve already brought in $23 million. Early resources are key to building our campaign, so we need your help to catch up.
